Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Buea – Cameroon. Nicole has occupied various leadership roles at different stages during her days as a university student. Nicole was vice president of the Association of Student Journalists (ASJUB) in the University of Buea, and later on became president. Due to her commitment to serve, she was given the title “mother of the department” by students. Nicole has previous experience working with some media organizations. Her dedication to good communication and press spurred her to develop interest in SODEI’s work where she now uses her experience to grow organization’s communication and media profile. Nicole applies her skills and experience to ensure that SODEI’s communications strategy is properly implemented; the content for the communication channels are properly managed. She works across teams to plan, develop and share relevant content. Nicole is an advocate for the rights of women and believes strongly in gender equality.
